My Work

Deanna is an elopement, family and art photographer with a focus on natural, timeless imagery. Based in Muskoka, she specializes in family portraits and artistic landscape photography, capturing authentic moments with a keen eye for detail and natural light. Her work combines technical precision with an artistic touch, delivering beautifully composed images that reflect both personality and the beauty of the environment.

Biography

Deanna is a professional elopement, family and art photographer in Huntsville Ontario. She has a passion for capturing little moments and turning them into lifelong memories to treasure for a lifetime.

Deanna graduated from Durham College in 2020 with honours and since then has moved back to her hometown in Huntsville to build her life with her husband and their four fur babies.

Deanna is a practicing artist and has had work in several galleries in Durham as well as one piece in Paris France. Since moving back to Muskoka, she is also an active member of the Huntsville Art Society and has had several pieces of work in Huntsville's annual Art Crawl. 

When not capturing families, you can find Deanna and her husband hiking and exploring Muskoka and Algonquin Park's rugged landscapes and many lakes as well as spending time with their four fur babies and  playing competitive trading card games.

2024 HFA Art Crawl Interview

In 2024's Art Crawl I showcased a series of images surrounding the theme of finding beauty in the mundane landscapes we see everyday.

Three images were displayed at Reflections Of Muskoka in downtown Huntsville throughout the month of June.

In 2023 I created a series of images focusing on grief and the steps people take when dealing with grief using my medium of landscape photography.
